Halloween camping

Anybody camping for the Halloween weekend? Decorating their campsite and camper? We are headed to Gettysburg for a long weekend and looking forward to the Halloween festivities.

Nice. Only about 20 miles from me. We did the jellystone campground last weekend as they started all their Halloween festivities already. Kids had a blast trick or treating the whole campground.

We went twice already and we actually won best decorated site last weekend. Halloween camping is by far my most favorite kind of camping. The kids and I look forward to it all year.

There are alot less bugs on the top side. That's where we always stay just due to the hook ups and whatnot. It is a bit of a trek to get back down to the pool and all from there but a piece of cake if you have a cart. We frequent there alot through the year.

Yeah, same here. Just looked at the forecast and the weather people have it coming right up the Delaware Bay. Should be ok until Sunday afternoon ( I hope ). Leaving in a few minutes, figure we are close enough to home to come back if we have too.

Bay City State Park is about 2 miles from my house. We have heard great things. We will be trying to get in next year. We usually go to Young State Park outside Charlevoix. They do their Halloween weekend the same time as the Charlevoix Apple Festival. This year we had about 150 kids. Great fun!
