Small campground. Nothing really for kids, a few yard games, but a great place to just to chill for a few days. And do nothing.

We've stayed there several times. Cool place and just a couple miles from downtown Asheville's great restaurants and other attractions. The road up to the campground might be challenging for the bigger units. Also, watch for bears. We saw many while camping there, on one occasion tearing up a tent site where someone had left food around.

There are a couple of premium sites that have the best views we've ever seen at a campground.

I understand that if you call the campground directly you can request a site. We will next time and get a view. The road is not bad. There are a few pushers here. Our C did fine.

None. There is one now and there were 3 when we arrived. The road is wide and the switchbacks are sweeping.

You will want sites P1 has a little panoramic. P2 is nice but does not have a sunset view but have good panoramic. P3 thru P5 are the best for the view. P8 has a sunset view but is limited on the panoramic view. The D9 thru D15 are all wooded with little view. We were on D16 and our 31'C was tight. D16 and D17 are not recommended for a large A or 5ver.
You will need to make reservations well in advance to get the P sites.
So to answer your question, all of the sites mentioned are large and will accommodate your 5ver. Call directly and try to land a P2 thru P5 site. I like the way they are angled, you get Privacy with a view.
