I'd be interested in a review of the campground and things to do in the area. About a 12 hour trip for us. It's been on my list, but haven't made the trip yet.

I wish I could help you, but all I can do is reminisce of my three months there at the police academy (FLETC). I did a lot of fishing and a few visits to Pam's No. 1 Cop bar.

Yes we go down there every year. Its really nice island with lots to do if you explore the island. If you catch a nap in your chair outside you might awake to a squirrel in your lap. A few must do's is- lots of time at driftwood beach, Take the tour of the historic district at lease once, Waterpark for the kids, cook lots of fresh shrimp or fish from city market in brunswick, ride bikes, geocache captain blue eyes, explore the old amphitheater just north of the fire station and play golf. much more to do though. Hope that helps
