Thanks, from the pictures we could find on the internet, it looked a lot like a local SP here in SC. Hunting Island to be exact. I appreciate the feedback! Thanks.

I have camped in Hannah Park. Liked it a lot. Bike ride to the beach. Woodsy. Excellent "mountain" bike paths. People come to the park just for the biking. Park is not new and restrooms were average. Very family oriented, kids all over the place, but very wooded. We would go again.

Getting ready to go there this Sunday, and stay for a week! Can't wait! We love this park, and live in Jax, we go there a lot. 300 full hookup sites, very shady, lots of trails (bike and hiking), beach with pavilions, lifeguards in the summer. Close to stores, freshwater lake (no swimming, but canoe and paddle boat rentals), fishing in surf and the lake, lots of playgrounds for kids, including a small water playground (seasonal). About 34 bucks per night or so. Highly recommend it- bring bikes! Randy

Nice weather earlier this morning. Nice park, wooded sites (I wouldn't have picked the site I'm in, no choice it was assigned, not very level) camp store is closed.

Rained most of the day today and we were trapped in the Sabre. Not a bad day all in all, at least I'm not at w@&$.

We head out in the morning for the Savannas near Ft. Pierce, FL. Hope it's better weather.
