Keuka Lake State Park

Anyone ever stay there? I noticed they have a ton of non electric sites and a few electric. Any suggestions on nicest electric sites? We will be going through in mid May so I'm sure it wont be crowded.

Hey VT Skier, Keuka Lake SP is one of our favorite places to go for a long weekend get away. You want to be in the Twin Fawns loop as all the sites are large and private. We usually go with sites 39,40,41,42 as our favorite with electric. I think 39 has a roadside water spigot on that is handy though you can't stay hooked up to it. Enjoy some of the wineries in the area. Hunt Country is about 6 miles from the park and Heron Hill is about 12 miles with a great view and incredible wines.

VT, you'll enjoy the area. If you are there on a Saturday, Windmill outdoor flea/farmers market on route 14A, about 15 miles from Keuka SP is great. Dozens of little shops with a Main St. type atmosphere where each shop is like a small little cottage. Many Amish and Mennonite stands of fresh produce and incredible baked goods. Worth going to it. From the Lancaster/Elma area.
