It was! Even in December, the water was chilly but still warmer than what we're used to with the NJ shore in summer.

Doug,
How long did it take to get to your campsite from the mainland?

We stayed at John and Penny Thompson Memorial Park in Miami for 2 nights before so that we would have an easy jaunt down. The bluewaterkey.net instructions tell you to plan for 4 hours but we seemed to have made it in about 3 on a Tuesday.

If you rent thru BluewaterKey.com, you can get access to Tengo for free. It was OK at times until XMas day when I assume everyone was on it. Cell data was fine. I actually use it for all of my work remotely. I had to work full-time most days I was there.
