I loved visiting Gettysburg. Hope to travel there next fall to take my husband there. Will be pulling our travel trailer across the USA to seethe fall colors and spend some time in the keyes

I'm going to stay right here and grill something. I've got Georgia Tech football tomorrow, high school football Friday, then UGA football Saturday.

Include us in! We're going nowhere. We're retired and can go when we want($$ dependent). We let families that can only have weekends have the parks on holidays.

We've been to Gettysburg and thought it was great too. We stayed at Artillery Ridge Campground and enjoyed it very much. We're going back the weekend of 9/26 for the Gettysburg Outdoor Antique Show. We stumbled into it last year and are going again this year.

Ferryboat Campsites in Liverpool, PA (north of Harrisburg along the Susquehanna River). Campsite has a ferry boat that runs across the river.

Well the river is too low, due to the recent lack of rain, so the ferry boat is closed. Campground isn't all that impressive. No pool, no wifi. A lot of seasonals.
