Looking for some ideas of where to camp in Michigan over the upcoming Labor Day Weekend ? Have never camped in Michigan will be coming from Indiana. Would like Full Hookups.

Michigan is a big state. Any thoughts as to where? Also, at this late date, it may be difficult getting fhu for Labor Day. It's worth a try, though. Zero in on an area and start making calls to campgrounds. You may find a cancellation. Last year, we got a fhu at the last minute at Gammy Woods Family Campground near Mt. Pleasant. There is not a whole lot to do there, but I have family close, so was happy to get a site.

Casino camping is usually pretty reasonably priced and nice sites. Little River in Manistee is nice.
