I hope the OP is paying attention to all the info and warnings. This is a serious storm and poor decisions will have serious consequences.

Can't help a whole lot but up to Wilmington NC area you would be ok if you route was near the coast. Son lives in Wilmington they just got rain.

But after that........ not good. In Virginia I81 from TN to PA is bad and still telling drivers to stay home. Storm is to end this PM (Sunday) around Roanoke VA & VDOT is saying to allow 48 hrs for them to clear the roads. I81 Rockbridge county area was calling for high winds & blizzard like conditions....... Do not know about I95 but would assume the same as someone else said either Virginia 511 Web or 511 on your cell when in Virginia for road conditions. VDOT will clear the major roads first.

Monday in the general I81 Roanoke area calling for mid 40s but roads will refreeze at sundown.

Good Luck........

Windy and cool here on the gulf side of FL. Daughter in Ocean Isle Beach NC says everything looks good there and no reports of black ice. However I-95 is inland and that can suck. I'm staying at least another week or so..

Re-think your plans until Sunday or Monday. I am in Lancaster. We have 24 inches right now and they are calling for snow and high winds through midnight. More importantly, most of the major routes have trailer bans due to the state of emergency in almost all of the PA townships.

We live in Orlando and I would stay put, not only the snow but the winds here right now make driving the RV dangerous. Have friends and family reporting 24" and still snowing outside DC, 8"+ at Asheville, 6" at Nashville. Saw someone's post heading south last night and they had snow to south of Atlanta. Not safe at all.
