Ledgeview Campground in Lake George NY

Hi all

I am interested in camping at Ledgeview in Lake George. Has any of you been there and can tell me if its a good place to bring 2 11 year old girls who just about like everything about camping in the mountains. We would like to canoe, hike, bike,and swim. Any sites I should choose over others. Going with my 28' Salem Cruise Lite camper.

Think the rv park is a better choice. we have been stayingbthere for the last 12 years.

Public bus makes a stop in the park. so if u want to go into town u don't need your car

Plus it has five pools entertsinment nightly in season
Pricey is about 75 a night
