Actually I'm camping this weekend at cherrystone. 10 miles from the Chesapeake bay bridge in Virginia. We took a ride over to Virginia beac and found the Holiday trave L campground. OMG this is the best campground I have ever been too. The bathrooms are like if you were in a hotel. They have concrete pades (huge). Beach is around the corner, water park is 1 mile away and a aquarium. 3 pools......

We went ahead a booked 2 trips this year!

Beth Page, Urbana, VA
45 min to Williamsburg
45 min+/- to Kings Dominion
But much to do at the campground!!! NICE WATERPARK(S), activities, boating, and very clean!

Eastern Shore

Urbana is GREAT for family, a little pricey. Holiday Travl in Virginia Beach is SUPER, but you got to have a love of Jets as Oceana NAS is about 2 miles away. I could count the rivets in the wing. and they fly in four-somes. But a GREAT park. Will be there in a Cedar Creek the last week of April.

Cherrystone

Spent a week at cherrystone this summer. Awesome CG with great views and sunsets. We have two young ones, and there was plenty for them to do. Great place if you love to crab.

I can think of several, but they are about 7 hours away from you, so don't really think you would be interested.
