Looking for site near St Albans WV

Does anyone know of a site near St Albans WV? FoxFire in Milton is no longer taking campers unless you are a family member or their friends. New River Campground at the New River bridge is at least an hour away. Have family in St Albans and would like to stay a little closer than an hour away. The Roadside Park in St Albans cannot accept a rig our size and there is no hookup even if it did.

Thanks for any help you can give.
Happy 4th of July Everyone

Hope this helps

You may check out Kanawha State Forest, just outside of Charleston. Although as a warning it would not be fun taking a large camper on the roads leading to it, their website even notes this.

Also there is Beech Fork near Barboursville. A bit of a drive but if you were considering Foxfire it may be worth checking out. I haven't been there but have had several people say it is nice.

The KOA directly beside Fox Fire resort is actually the campground that used to be part of Fox Fire.

Fox Fire owners simply sold off the campground and kept the resort. Now two completely different owners and businesses. The campground, now a KOA, is fully functional and open year round.

There is also Jims Campground in Milton.
