Mobile I 10 Tunnel

Wife and I will be going to TopSail State park in Pensacola at the end of December, we got lucky and got one of the last spots for New Years eve.

My question concern is, what's the height limit of the Mobile tunnel I have read nothing over 12' high is this right? My Columbus is 12'10" not counting the AC. I'm no Einstein but but I don't think it will fit.

Anyone have any info on the tunnel or do I just take the long way.

Thanks for everyone help

My 5th wheel is 12' 6" and have been through it many times. I would guess the clearance is at least 13'6". The only thing not allowed through that tunnel is hazardous cargo. I don't remember reading or seeing any "Low Clearance" signs.
Just looked it up...Clearance is 16 ft.

I do not think the I 10 tunnel has a limit. We came through last year on our way to Pensecola no problems.

I was just through there in my Georgetown...No problem. Now the US 90 tunnel is 12'1" and you will not fit there, it runs alongside the I10 tunnel and my GPS tried to take me through it a couple of weeks ago instead of the I10.

We just came thru the tunnel with ou 2012 GT 378 XL and you will be fine. We are staying at Eglin AFB for the winter and will return to Abilene around March/April time frame.
