We have stayed there many times. The good: it is on the river with great views. The bad: the sites are closer together than I like, it is crowded this time of year and there is very little shade. There is not really anything close to the campground, it is about a 30 minute drive into Guntersville. Not really much there either. If you have a boat it is a great place to stay, they have a boat ramp on site. We quit going there when we sold the boat. The bath houses are clean, but old and are showing their age unless they have been updated. There is also constant golf cart traffic almost 24 hours a day, which really annoys me. Not a bad place to stay, just not great.
