If you are travelling on a weekday, you'll not want to hit Charleston, WV any later than 7 AM. Rush hour traffic gets really stupid.
Coming in on 77, the rest area at the state line is a really nice one, with plenty of pull-thru parking in back and a decent restaurant next door.
At mile marker 166 is another rest stop, just south of Mineral Wells. There are a couple fast food places there, including McDonald's (probably the most big rig friendly), Wendy's, and Taco Bell. Even easier to access is the Cracker Barrell there. That rest stop is about half an hour from the state line, and about an hour from Charleston.
Once you get past Charleston, you've got about 30 minutes to the first toll on the WV turnpike, then about 50 to 60 minutes to Beckley. Beckley is just about your last good stop before Princeton, where I'm sure you'll need to fuel up before tackling the mountains.
Hope this helps!
