Myrtle Beach / Summer

Do Myrtle Beach campgrounds really have a one week or 4 day minimum in the summer? I'm interested in some quick weekend turnarounds if the weather supports camping, however can't make the entire week. Lakewood and Ocean Lakes appear to have 4 day minimums to book.

We stayed at Ocean Lakes last summer and yes, they do require minimums. It was a great place, though!

I'm sure you could call the week before and see if they have any availability

Myrtle Beach State Park is s great place. Close to the board walk and to Murrells Inlet restaurants. Beautiful park with its own beach access.
