New Hampshire - Storyland, Clarks Trading Post, Glenn, NH

We're headed out for the big trip East in a couple of weeks and want to return to Storyland and Clarks Trading Post in New Hampshire. The last time we were in a passenger car and didn't own an RV.

Any suggested camping spots? Any other must see things not terribly far away? Routes?

We are thinking of going from New York to New Hampshire and then down to Mass

Hi,the beach camping area in north Conway,nh not too far from those places you mentioned.very large sites next to the Saco river .there is a place next to it called eastern slopes I was advised not to stay there from someone that was just there.we went to the beach camping area last year and loved it booked again for July this year.good luck and enjoy camping.

A couple of places up Rt 3 are Amonoosic Campground in Twin Mountain and Beach Hill on 302 (going towards Storyland). There are a bunch of small privates and low cost National Forest areas also. Lots of day hikes, things to see (the Flume, the Basin, Cannon Mt tramway, etc.) Enjoy!
