We're probably gonna stay in the parking lot park. We stayed in one similar in San Francisco. We weren't in the park really long enough to think about it during the day. We've been to NY multiple times. However this year we are not flying. We've stayed in the city and outside. The only problem with Croton park is the time into the city. We stayed in White Plains about 8 years ago and it was close to 45 minutes in by train, plus you have to get to a train station. Unless things have changed, your probably looking at over an hour one way. Google maps by public transportation has it 1 hour 25 minutes one way.

I was born and raised in White Plains, it's a bigger city now, but it's an easy commute and a nice area.
