Alan JS, yes they do replace the decking on a very often basis. Cave of the Winds is on the American side, American Falls. FYI, 3/4 of the Horseshoe Falls, often claimed as the Canadian Falls, are in the US! What no one from the area does take for granted is that we are not "flat". WNY has a very diverse topography of rolling hills to beautiful country side of farm land. The uniqueness of our country is one reason I believe we love to RV!

Do the wooden deck and stairs require replacement often?
Those of you in Buffalo area consider such scenery so blaise'.
Florida (here) is as flat and redundant as the desert. That's what makes or hemisphere so beautiful.
Cave of the Winds takes you right to the base of the American Falls. I was told by employees at the park that the deck is removed every fall and new decking is built every spring.
