North Carolina South Carolina

Any one have recommendations for a CG near the North Carolina- South Carolina border near I95? Mostly an overnight stay.

If you did not want power hookups, we stay at the truck stops and truck pull offs all the time. I also use our genny all the time without issue. I cannot see spending $40 for a parking space for the night. But sounds like you want or need to stay at a full hookup site.

I almost booked Bass Lake in Dillon SC. Looks decent for an overnight stop with big open pull thrus and right off 95.

Ultimately decided that I want to run down 81 and avoid DC, Baltimore, and Richmond and Bass Lake is too far north on 95. Going to make a long day but we have reservations at point South/ Yemasse KOA closer to the SC/GA border.

Point South KOA is very nice we have stayed there as well as the Thousand Trails right next door. The access road is tricky turn at the Waffle House. Your gps will take you a street further and you will end up at a museum. The KOA has great pizza and wings.

We will be there on New Years Eve.

Try rvparky.com or the app it will show you all the campgrounds in that area then look around the site and see what else it can do for you.
