Northeast Ohio

Spending the summer in mantua, Ohio at Roundup Lake resort. I wish I could have got a site with full hookup, but none available for 4 month stay. Electric, water, and they come pump you out when your full. Very full weekends, empty during the week. Lots of activities on the weekends. Fishing, pool, bands, children's hay ride, outdoor movies for kids. Our first year here. So far so good.

Northeast Ohio is loaded with great "fungrounds" we like to call them. Lots of amenities and activities for families. We have a 10 year old daughter traveling with us so this is important. NE Ohio is only 3-4 hour drive for us.

We haven't checked out your particular campground yet but we've already visited Lazy River Campground just east of Columbus at Newark, OH. They have lots of amenities and activities.
We stayed at Evergreen RV Park near Wooster, top notch and clean.
We most recently visited Clay's Park Resort near Canton, 500 acres of fun.

We plan to visit Austin Lake and a couple of others in that direction in the future.
Ohio in general and Northeast OH in particular seems to be ahead of other states when it comes to campgrounds with amenities.

How much do they charge to pump you out?

We are from Medina, Ohio and always stay at Evergreen Rv Resort in Dundee Ohio. It is in the heart of the Amish Country and very clean and lots of things to do...only about 10 minutes from Wooster, 35 miles from Medina. Great [place to enjoy the great food and a great RV park.
