I bought a 2014 Grey Wolf last year from a local dealer, They tell me the antenna on it is the best one one the market, but when going caming the first 6 times, I could barely get one channel. Dealer tells me that is is because im probably in a remote area, but I went camping with a freind of mine, same campground, right next to eachother who has a 31' (can't remember the brand) and he got like 40 digital channels, whats the deal? is it I just have a crappy antenna on the Grey Wolf and he has a better one that came with his.. any suggestions??

Thx Tuna

I have a app (this one actually works) called TV Antenna Helper it shows you which way to point your antenna with different color lines green for good to red for good luck showing which way to point your antenna. We were camping last month in semi fringe area I had about 15 channels my friend was getting one. I said look where my antenna is pointed and point your's that way. He did and rescaned and 15 too. Another thing could be that there is a small green led button where your cable goes to the TV I think it controls cable vs ota.
BTW here all the lines are red.

They make a coaxial cable tester that checks for continuity, there could be a break in the cable. They aren't to expensive. As a matter of fact I got an email today from solid signal they have a flash sale on em Perfect Vision Pocket Cable Tester (PVPTTWO) from Solid Signal

We were at High Falls the end of March. Started out in site 82 and could not get a single channel with satellite or antenna. The second day we moved to the other side of the loop - site 68. Put out the satellite and got great reception. I think it is pretty much hit or miss there.

Can you pm me a link to the campground and I will see what Antennaweb.org puts up and snip a photo to post.

This one in GA?
76 High Falls Park Drive
Jackson, Georgia 30233

If that is the correct address, it is too far off the beaten path for OTA reception with a roof mounted antenna.

Make sure you have the booster turned on. Should be right close to antenna connections by TV.
