May want to try Colleton S/P in South Carolina just south of the I95 I26 intersection. We stay there when headed north.

Pa to Orlando 2nd week in February
We just stayed at Bass lake in Dillon on way back from FL last Sunday. Small place right off interstate. Some road noise but not bad for a one night stop over. We also stayed at camp lake jasper by Hilton head and savanna. Very nice park not far from interstate. Would definitely stay there again.
Jolly acres got good reviews in St. George, SC. We got there too late to get there so we boondocked in the next town.

I've done the drive from MD to Orlando a bunch of times- never as late as February, but a couple of times in December-January.
No idea on RV parks. But generally if it has a sign on the exit, it's generally has easy pull throughs. That far north and you should be fine for having space. Drive until you're tired of it and hit the next campground. Or, if your navigator is tech savvy, have them use the Allstays Camp & RV app ($10 in the app store) and find one coming up- give it a quick glance at reviews and you're set.
As for the heated water hose, nope. Just stay winterized. Use a jug of water for flushing the toilet and other water needs. Take an air compressor or anti-freeze and winterize at the last campground before heading north.

Rvparky app
Try the Rvparky app, helped us find an overnight pull through in GA 2 weeks ago.

A little further south than Florence and right off 95 is SwampFox which is just fine for the night with many pull throughs and full hooks. If you are a Passport America member you get 50 amps for $24 anytime but holidays and with a 2 day limit. I wouldn't stay for more than a night...but it is fine for that. Will be stopping there myself next month on the way to FL.
Unlikely you need heated water supply if this is your first stop out of PA. Sounds like a long day.

I would guess that the minimum from PA is around 1100 miles and could be much more depending upon you PA location. I am in NJ and always do it with three legs and two stops. Doing around 350 a day is more relaxing, IMO.

Overnight Stay in SC
We have made several trips between Virginia and Florida, doing an overnight in SC. Our favorite is Jolly Acres. They have plenty of pull throughs and all the amenities. Call them direct. (843) 563-8303. Very friendly people. Will usually accommodate your needs.
The other location in SC that we have used is The Oaks. A little bit farther down the road from Santee (I think at mile marker 33 on I95), but just off the interstate.
Enjoy your trip.

We left NEPA Jan. 12. First stop a Quality Inn in Fredricksburgh, VA. 2nd night at Pedro's in Dillon, SC just below the NC line where we de-winterized. 3rd stop Country Oaks CG off exit 1 in GA just before the FL line. Each leg was 300-345 miles per day. Orlando would be your next stop. Our route gets us to the southern side of the Blue Ridge Mtns. ASAP to avoid bad weather and still avoid Baltimore/Washington.

Further South
We stay at Coastal GA RV Resort in Brunswick Ga. It's 2-1/2 hrs south of Santee, but a great overnight stop right off I95 with nice pull thoughs. All concrete slabs/patios and clean facilities. We stayed on our trip to Orlando going & returning to Charlotte. Love this place.
