My top 3 campgrounds is Lake-In-Wood. We even had a seasonal there for many years. For groups they have an area called brotherhood circle.

Floreys Campground in Ronks, PA on the border of Lancaster. If you are looking for a basic campground to base at (?). Full hookups but no pool and within a mile or two of the malls. It is right in the center of a couple of Amish farms.

Nationals are in October

Sgtlm your giving away my favorite spot. We enjoy playing yard games in the circle plus they have a pavilion. Great spot. Thank god I already made my 2 reservations for 2016 already.

I've been watching this thread. We have to go to Lancaster the end of May for a wedding and looking for a CG. What about Old Mill just east of Lancaster? Has anyone been there?

Thanks

Never been there, I believe it is attached to Dutch Wonderland. Be aware that traffic is very heavy in that area. Two sets of shopping outlets plus other retail and restaurants.

Yes, OldMill is nice. Great bath houses. It is next door to the Dutch Wonderland amusement part, so get a site on the far end.

Old Mill is a good spot, but now you have to go thru the parking lot of Dutch Wonderland to get to it. Best thing now is you HAVE to exit at the traffic light. Country Acres is also getting good reviews now and even got to host a FROG rally a couple of years ago.

We've stayed at Country Acres when we want to hit the outlets or go to Sight and Sound. They had a new section when we stayed there in the Spring last year. Not a resort at all, but a very nice campground!
