Planning trip

We are planning a trip from Texas to Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky for the fall. Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations for campgrounds? We just bought our TT in April so this will be our first trip where we travel to different places, we usually get to one place and stay the entire time. I can hardly wait!!

Last year we went from Central Texas to the Great Smokies in TN. We stopped at Lake Bob Sandlin State Park outside Dallas (nice park) then Village Creek State Park in Wynne, AR (also nice). I am told there are lots of great campgrounds in AR. The Smokies are a must if you head that way.

Tell me where you're going and I'll suggest places in Kentucky.
Do you require full hookups??
Will it be Fall and cooler or still hot?
Will you be coming thru western KY or some other route.

Land Between the Lakes national recreation area is a must
if you're going thru Western KY.
Mid south KY has Mammoth Cave National park.
An awesome park with no hookups but a decent campground.
Eastern Ky has sooooooo many places I can't name them all.
Cumberland Gap NP.
Red River Gorge.
Cumberland Falls state park
Natural Bridge state park and on and on and on......
The Daniel Boone national forest, pine mtn.......
Gosh I love Kentucky!
Welcome!!
