Prince Edward Island trip. First big trip with truck and trailer

So we've decided to go to PEI for our summer trip. Anyone know of a nice oceanfront campground with oceanfront sites?

Also, this will be our first big trip where we need to stop overnight and wondering where would be a good place to rest in Quebec.

Thirdly, not sure if we should brave Champlain bridge in Montreal to cross on the shore or drive through the city to go to 40 and cross in Quebec city or cross in Chataugay.
