If the State Parks are full on the weekends you would think that it must be mostly locals who work during the week and can only RV on the weekends? Considering that you can get RV sites during the week. There are lots of RV parks in Florida and if you book well in advance you should not have a problem. I prefer close to the coast and not the middle of the state. Good Luck
