Route from Foxboro MA to

Hi there,
We're in Foxboro Mass. today and will stay for 2-3 days (on a 4 week journey). My husband flies home to NC tomorrow which leaves me with our 5 children. I'm still traveling to Hershey PA, Gettysburg and Philadelphia. I had mapped to go to Philly first but definitely don't want to drive I-95 all the way. Thinking maybe should go stay in Hershey a few days and do Gettysburg while there and then to Philadelphia?
Any and all good routing ideas will be appreciated.

Driving 32 ft RV towing minivan.

Welcome to the area. You may try mass pike to 84 over the tappan zee that way. Or 95 to ??? Over the tappan zee. But look into a tappan zee routing.

I second the tapanzee. When we went to boston a few yeas ago we used this route and was much better than NYC. There is some construction on 95 around Philadelphia but I am guessing you'll take the turnpike to Hershey? Where you staying when visiting philly? Never seemed like many CG around the city. I know the one popular spot is the koa in coatesville down the street from me.

hop on 84 west to 684,and go over the tappan zee and follow that to hershey, dorney, etc. You won't be near 95 or NYC. Tappan Zee can be a bear at times, but it beats going on 95 or anywhere near NYC.

foxboro to hershey

Live on cape cod go to hershey highmeadow campground twice a year. Best way 95 south into new york exit 21 to tappan zee bridge. on to 287 west. merge with 287 and nj 17 south. exit 21b onto 78 west . merge onto 81 south . take exit 80 follow signs to hershey park. takes about 7 to 8 hours based on traffic and how fast you drive. have a great time love the park and the campground
