RV Camping near Leesburg, VA

Hello all,
I've been trying to find RV camping near Leesburg, VA with few results online. If anyone knows of any decent places in the area info would be much appreciated. The closest stuff seems to be Harper's Ferry, WV, but was hoping to find closer.
Thanks,
Annette

Welcome to the Forum!

I know the area fairly well and I dont think there are any sites with hookups near Leesburg other then what you see online. Just a lot of primitive camping along the river.

Harpers Ferry is the best option IMO.

I was going to stay at Lake Fairfax in Reston, VA but they were closed:
Camp GroundsÂ*- Fairfax County, Virginia

I ended up at Bull Run Regional Park:

Odd placement of the hookups at Bull Run, but it turned out to be a nice park (the little that I saw of it- I was at my company's office all week, working long hours (like 9am to midnight) on a project).
