RV rout planning tools

I am not exactly new to traveling in an RV I've done it for years as part of my job however, I'm new to traveling for recreation. I can plan working trips without a hitch but I don't do theme parks and that seems to be what most of the trip planner sites I've looked at seem to guide you to. We stay at Florida state parks often but run out of things to do. We like to see old main street's and things like that. We love the mountains but need to travel in Florida most of the year. And I know Route is spelled wrong in the title.
