Seasonal Camping in Delaware?

We just purchased a new 2012 Shasta Oasis in April. We love it. Our first trip with it to the beach this year was fantastic. Our ultimate goal is to find a permanent site to keep it near the beach. We've found Pine Haven campground near Milford which is about 30 min from the beaches, its affordable and has the amenities we want. Has anyone heard of this place? I can't seem to find anything about it. There's also Homestead in Georgetown, but their season is short (may 1-sept 30) and no cable tv. all the other places closer to the beach are way too expensive. Thanks!
