Southern Maryland Members?

I'm looking for locals to point me in the direction of newbie type information in support of my soon to be Sunseeker..
Looking for a good shop, supply house, dump stations.... you get the point.

I found some negative feedback for Economy RV in Mechanicsville... 4 miles from me

Anyone dealt with Lagrande Resort RV in Leonardtown?

Where are you getting your LP tanks refilled?

This is our first experience in your world

Not from Maryland but Delaware... We get our tanks filled at BJ's Wholesale (the same type store as Sams Club) for 30 lb tank $16.27. Walmart carries white garden hose for your water hookup, sewer pipe and any of the supplement products for the gray tank. Can't help you much on service departments or dumping stations. We usually dump at the campgrounds before we leave. If there's a Camping World store in your area they may have a dump station. Camping World will also carry all your camping needs and has service departments. There's several app's for your phone that will be useful. One will show local dump stations.

Hi Joe and Karen,
Most of your campgrounds have dump stations the land fill in calvert has a dump staton also. Not sure on cost for dumping. your local propane store can fill your tanks i know the suburban shop in hollywood fills tanks and the shell station in prince frederick also does. I was talking to someone last weekend about lagrande resort they heard they had great service. As for parts and things the little things you can get at walmart or bj's. the big things i order off line or wait till i need a lot of little things and place that order from camping world to. Most of your local dealers have some parts but they will be higher than anyone else.

Thanks for the valuable tid bits!

Caveman: have you had to get warranty work done? Just wondering if you had that done local? We're just getting prepared. Our bouncing baby Sunseeker is scheduled to come off-line the end of September.
