St. Louis to Crystal River FL.

Does anyone have a suggested route from St. Louis to Crystal River FL.? I donít know if we should go I 24 through Nashville, Chattanooga, then take I75 through Atlanta and into Florida. Or take I 22 to I65, go through Memphis, Birmingham, Montgomery AL. into Florida. Then take I 10 east. I am not sure about the mountain in Chattanooga, I have driven it many times in a car but we are not going to be taking out 32' class C.

I have driven my car I-75 through Atlanta many, many times, but I have never towed my trailer through it. The primary reason I haven't pulled the trailer through it is because of all of the noise that it would create. Where, you ask, does the noise come from??? That would be the navigator telling me how bad of an idea it was!

Brother-in-law said going through/around Atlanta is bad...very heavy traffic and highway lanes end with very little advance notice so changing lanes frequently. Not familiar with the road myself as we use I-95/I-4 to Lakeland where we spend several fact leave a week from today.
