Sorry for the delay on pics. I have tried all day. Nothing will upload to the Forest river website. If there are any administrators on please find out why the attachments page is not working. Pics try to upload but a message says it cannot connect to the site.

We departed from Tombstone and drove to the Historic town of Bisbee AZ. which grew from the copper mining boom in the area. We also discovered a small section of a town called Lowell which I think is just part of Bisbee now. We also wanted to visit an RV Park I had read about called The Shady Dell. You can rent restored vintage RV's to stay in. You can not stay in your own RV. I have many pics to post of this area and may not get them all done tonight.

Here is a little advice from an Arizona boy.
Tombstone sucks. It’s full of tourist trap store crap one after the other with the same shows over and over. The dang billiard hall didn’t even have a pool table when me and my buddies went to visit.
Go check out crown king. Little secret but you didn’t here it from me.
Lots of old mines and history.

I have more pics I will try to post tomorrow. We were invited to look inside one of the rentals by a couple who were just arriving. It was very interesting. We wish we could have seen inside more but they were all being rented. I didn't do a count but there are somewhere around 20 or more rentals. There are also other trailers on the grounds waiting to be restored. I hope to come back some day and rent one for a night or weekend. No time this trip though.

Thanks Mslaman for the warning but you are a day late and I'm a few dollars short. You are completely right but who can visit AZ. and not see Tombstone. Where is this crown king place.

Crown King AZ is 40 miles north of Phoenix. Just a different kind of 'tourist trap' .

We spend at least a month in Tombstone every year and you are the first I've heard that didn't seem to enjoy it. We stay at the Tombstone RV Park outside of town that has been recently redone. We enjoy the area and the locals very much, especially the night life. Lots of things to do w/o much $$$. Of course it is a tourist trap if you let it be, just like every attraction destination.

Hope you got to see the Mining Museum in Bisbee. That is definitely worth spending time in.
