I am not sure I know people camp in both front and back of the grounds. We are going, but Not with our rig... just got it and had motel already setup. So maybe some other FROG's could help.....

I don't know of any camping locations or hookups at the fairgrounds. I work five minutes from there. People will park overnight, but not camp.

There is a Lazy Days 3 miles east of the fairgrounds.

I am not sure if we are going.

Make sure to stop by my outdoor display to pickup new La-Z-Boy Recliners, Theatre Groups, Hide-A-Beds, and the brand new to the market Tri-Fold couch. Also improve your sleep with a new Serta Mattress! Will have limited numbers of each item available for purchase directly at the show.

I will be outside in a dome near the lake. I believe it is located close to the Park Model area though I am not 100% on that. Just look for the Forest River Accessories banner or the La-Z-Boy truck.

Have a reservation request at Lazy Days for 12-15 Jan, so we can attend the Dinner that FROG One has arranged. (Thread on F.R.O.G. Section). Will check with him and see if there is a place for FROGs to meet at Registration; Fairgrounds, Wednesday, 15 Jan.

Hey agiewagon,
We are going to be there from the 14th through the 16th. I have send an email to Bob (FROG) to see if there is going to be a place to meet up on Wednesday. Hope to meet you....

Cindy and I will be there all week with a FROG table in the RV World of Lakeland space, usually located near the west entrance.

For camping on the grounds, there are several options. There's a rally area on the east side near the amphitheater, but it's very tight and usually fills up quickly. The show sponsors a rally there, including entertainment. There's another area across the driveway, between the rally area and the show itself, where we've seen several brand groups get together.

There's a water/electric area and a dry camping area on the west side of the fairgrounds. The w/e area is for vendors and horse show participants only. I just spoke to a lady at the fairgrounds and learned that dry camping is available for $20/night in addition to the one-time RV entrance/parking fee of $12.

You can get more information by calling the fairgrounds at (800) 345-3247.
