Trip to Decatur, IL from NC
Greetings,
We are heading to Decatur, IL in a few weeks and need to find a camp site around half way there. I have driven there numerous times in a car and we would normally stop for the night due to my bad back.
We are departing from Greensboro, NC and stopping somewhere from Lexington, KY to Louisville, KY. I have never driven the US-35 route so I take the I-64 across Kentucky.
Also, we recently purchased (two weeks ago) a TT and I am a concerned
about the mountains that I will need to pass. Any tips or suggestions would be grand.
All suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
