Jgahlhoff

Hello, We were at a beach front in Ormond Bch fl. The name of the resort is Coral Sands. We had lot number 17 and it is right on the beach. The morning was great to see the view from the rear window and to hear the water all night. Full hookup and easy to get your fishing pole wet. Hope it helps.

In your own backyard!!!!

Point Lookout State Park.....Green's Campground (there are 6 campgrounds within the park). You are right on the Potomac on the campground side of the park, and then on the Chesapeake on the other side of the park.

Prizer Point In Kentucky. Right on the lake and great fishing with marina for bait, boat rental, etc.

If you wanted to visit Branson Missouri, I can suggest several water front Corp Of Engineers Campgrounds that are the best of the best(Mill Creek & Old Hwy.86) with new water/power poles and picnic tables. Also they are only water/electric sites, butClick image for larger version

ID:	44769 if you had a portable tote you'd be in great shape. These are very flat campgrounds which offer excellent walking/biking opportunities for exercise. Pictures tell everything and here's a few. You can check out my albums for more pics too.

Saint Lawrence/ Thousand Islands region in NY.

Several State parks and private parks. Excellent fishing. You have everything from dry camp sites to millionaire estates. Great tourist attractions. Rent a small boat, guide service or right of the dock. Our favorite is Cedar Point SP. Dry camp up to full hookup available. Reserve America is the best to check it out and others nearby. Ships from around the world sail right past your campsite.

Delaware Seashore State Park is located on water, near the Atlantic Ocean (walking distance) and the beach. They have full hook ups and are currently adding more spaces. They won't open this year until May because of the construction. It is located at the new Inlet Bridge on Rt 1. There's also several places to eat and shop within driving distance if you so choose. Go to Delaware.gov and search state parks.

Frank Jackson State Park in southeastern Alabama. Nice sites right on the lake. Or, a bit farther south in Florala at Florala St Pk.

We were there just last month.

We like Kerr Lake on the NC side. County Line, Kimble Point or North Bend state parks.

Winter Island Park, Salem, Mass. Sites 16 A-D. Loved it there. Not only fishing, but we saw people gathering their own mussels right outside their RV site. Literally put the mussels in a pot of sea water and cooked them in the same pot over a fire. Can't get any fresher than that!
