Well lets see. I think we will be in Lancaster Pa. Yea we are there every weekend. The seasonal site is working out pretty good. We have it set up so we can pull out if we want to go somewhere else for a weekend or two. It is a lot less stress on the LOML and me.

Wife and I have been going to Lake George RV park in the Adirondack Mtns of NY for the last 20 years and we will do the same for this 4th weekend. Very pricey but worth it. Big wooded sites and lots to do in the area. BIG fire rings to sit back in front of with our favorite adult beverages in the evening!

Nobody from the West Coast on here? We will do our usual week of camping with a big group in San Simeon State Park in the beautiful California Central Coast. The town of Cambria has a great small town 4th with fireworks over the beach. This will be the first trip with our new Surveyor. I can't wait.

Daughter will be playing in the ASA 14 and under Class A Softball National Championships in Marietta GA the week before the 4th. I wish we could take the rig, but from Southern California that is a little far to roll before such an important tourney ;-(

After returning to So Cal, we are thinking about taking the rig for the 4th to a beach spot...maybe Newport Dunes if we can get in.

We are heading to a beautiful spot in Northern Ontario called Rushing River for our maiden voyage with our new trailer. After a few weeks of shopping, filling, and adding on we are ready to go! At least until we get there and discover what we have forgotten HaHa!

Here is a picture of Rushing River Provincial Park . . .

I dont go anywhere near a campground on a holiday or weekend. My days off are thursday and friday so i can usually avoid most crowds and then sometimes take off an extra day or two on wednesday when its usually really empty at most places.
I know most people have the real weekend off so ill leave them fight over the campsites on those days and enjoy the less crowded days during the week

Wer'e going to Fort Mc Allister State Park in Georgia near Savannah. About 150 mile trip, but I heard it is very nice. There will be a Civil War demonstration there that weekend, as well. That is what we do in the winter months in Fla, Confederate reenactors, but in July, I think we'll just watch them sweat!!! Randy

Hey Rockwood! We are venturing to Saxis, VA (Eastern Shore, VA) to Tall Pines with about 6 other camping friends. If the mosquitos don't carry us away, we should have a great time and enjoy some MARYLAND (VA) BLUE CRABS!! Can't wait!
