I have camped at Blairs Jungle Den at Astor Park on ths St. Johns river. It is on the river about 2 miles south of Lake George. Astor Park is on Hyw 40 between Ocala and Daytona Beach. It been a while back but there were a number of places there.

Have camped in Flamingo (Everglades National Park) There are no hookups but you are feet away from some of the best fishing in FL either from the shore or boat (rental or charter).
Tarpon give a good fight!

Just about everywhere in Florida meets your requirements. It's more of an issue on where to camp than where to fish. You also have to determine if you want to fish salt or fresh water. Good luck and tight lines.

I was just at Emerald Beach Campground at Navarre Beach, Fl. My site backed right up to the water on the intercoastal. The managers there are very friendly and attentive. Very clean and well run facility. They have a new dock there and overheard some snowbirds who stay there for the fishing. One fella has a one man float with a trolling motor tied up to the doc. In the AM he would putter out to the channel marker, anchor off and sit..not sure what he was catching. About 1m away is the causway over to the barrier island with long stretches of natural beach preserve. Saw numerous surf casters there. Destin is 20m East and I wandered the pier marveling at the # of deep sea outfitters. Every party is saw coming in that afteroon had thier wells full of fish.

We have been in FL for over a month and stayed in state parks, cost effective and some been near fishing spots or close to one.

We just got back today from Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral. It's right on the water, and there's a loooooong fishing pier where people were catching fish like crazy. As an added bonus, you can watch the cruise ships go in and out of port daily.
