My wife will be preforming at the 2015 Woodstock New Paltz Art & Crafts Fair and we'll be parked somewhere on-site.

Jordan lake is great. We have stayed at poplar point a few times. Holiday weekends it can get a little crazy and loud (think drunks and non-violent people camping) most of the rest of the time no issues.

Asquared I have never been to Kerr Lake. It's on my list to visit this summer. Let me know how you like it! We got a spot in Poplar Point Loop E today through Monday. It is close to the water and will work out well for us We dropped the trailer this evening and we will have dinner out there tomorrow evening (gotta work rest of week). Have a good evening.

My new camper will still be sitting in the driveway waiting and hoping to be used someday soon. I agree with the busy weekend but would still go at this time in my life. between work, kids school and sports i take all the time i can get but on Memorial weekend my family's shooting club, Vernon National Shooting Preserve ( hosts a benefit shoot for our veterans. This is our 7th year running the event. Its busy, a lot of work but well worth it. We help out local groups such as Ft Drum, Rome Veterans Center and a few local veteran food pantries.

Where ever you might be, enjoy the extended weekend and remember those that serve/served our country.
