Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Natural Bridge, VA
We spent the Father's day weekend at Jellystone Park in Natural Bridge, VA.
The park is well maintained, and has lots of activities for the family. They pool is rather small, but they have a swimming pond, and access to the James River. The mini golf is fun, and the rec center always had something going on.
The campground is rather spread out (you actually have to cross a state road from one side to the other), it runs up a hill from the James River. You will get a workout riding your bike or walking from the camp store to the upper campground. They do allow Golf carts, and actually rent them there.
The Upper Campground is divided into two major sections. The open field sites, and the Wooded Sites. If you like cool shade and trees, stay in the wooded sites. If you like open space and grass, stay in the open field sites. The wooded sites are basically gravel pits, kind of small and all rock.
The one big issues I had was they seem to not enforce the quiet hours. We had issues with the kids and adults running around after 11PM while folks were trying to sleep.
