I will just reiterate what some others have said. Which is basically that engine/transmission hills are not the problem, payload is. And there are only two things you can do about that, get a bigger truck or a smaller trailer. There is nothing you can do to increase the legal payload of that truck, as far as I know. You didn't mention if you actually own that trailer or not, but if not I would look at smaller trailers. If you have it already then you've either got to get a bigger truck or make some tough decisions about the new trailer.
