15" tires have been around longer than most of the forum members have been alive so why would they all of a sudden be bad is all I have to say. And as to China made tires, this subject comes up all the time and most trailer tires are made in China. The chinese are more than capable of making high quality products, the question is are American suppliers willing to pay for the quality stuff or settle for the Huummm well they should last till the trailer makes it home quality. You as the consumer need to do your due dilligence and research the brands out there and make an informed decision. ANd yes even Goodyear has lots of tires made in China. I have over 12,000 miles on my Duro china tires and as of 2 days ago they still have no signs of weather checking or abnormal wear but I do cover my tires when not in use for any amount of time, I did notice the rubber seems to be getting harder though.
