I think you should go to a Dodge dealer and ask to see the invoice on a truck you like. Tell them you will pay invoice price, and then deduct all of the offers Dodge currently has. If you do this, I think you can get a new 2500 SLT for about the same price you were talking. They DO still make money when selling you a truck for invoice. A truck with 45K MSRP will still make them around $1200. No dealing, no haggling- tell them that's what it takes to sell you a truck. You shouldn't have to look long before you are signing the deal on a new truck. Keep in mind you won't get the financing offer currently being offered, but the finance guy should be able to get you low 2's anyway if your credit is good.
