2014 Sierra Tow Mirrors

Does anyone know if GM has made an after market tow mirror that goes over top of the existing ones? On my '11 they were a quick slide on with a "wedge" and a set screw (plastic) in the back of the assembly.. I'm not up for bolting something to the door, or running a ratchet strap around.. Something clean and easily installed and removed..
Thanx...

I think the mirrors you are referring to are the CIPA towing mirrors...a quick google search showed me that CIPA says they will be available this summer...so that should be anytime soon.....do not appear to be available on Amazon yet.

If it is the CIPA mirors you are referring to....they are great...have had them on 2 trucks now and have been excellent on both...no vibration, no movement, and very reasonably priced.

CIPA USA for sure. I just picked up a set for my truck a couple weeks ago. They are exactly as you describe. Haven't used them to tow, but they look like they'll be perfect.

I have a set of the Cipa mirrors on my Silverado. They go on easy and stay put when towing. You can easily see the sides of the trailer with these mirrors installed.

I had factory power extending mirrors on my Sierra and they just weren't enough so I got a pair of these Side View Mirrors Power Heated Towing Black LH RH Pair Set for 07 14 Chevy GMC | eBay

fantastic mirrors...they extend manually just like the factory optional ones @ 1/4 the price.

I think these mirrors would depend on if the OP has a 1500 or a 2500/3500. The 1500 had a body change in '14, the HD's didn't until the '15 model. Not sure they would fit a '14 1500, but they may.

The eBay compatibility chart says this mirror fits only 2500 and 3500 models in 2014.

Guess I could have checked the listing and answered my own question. Thanks Dan.

I looked at the CIPA mirrors also but decided to go with the Fit System from Ksource.

I love them. They look like they are factory mirrors and, heck, I even forget they are on there at times. People have complained that they are "extremely" hard to get on and off. I admit, they can be a challenge sometimes but, that's one of the things I like about them. When they are on, I don't have to worry about them coming off until I take them off. I have a 30' TT and have no problems seeing around it with these.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they are available for 2014's yet though.
