2015 Dodge Durango R/T 5.7 Hemi capable of towing this?

X2 for the tongue weight not being a concern. You are adding almost 1000lb behind the tires so that will unload the weight on the SUV big time. I would bring the bike to the dealer and weigh the RV at the hitch. With any SUV, payload will be your biggest enemy.

Also, at 30ft length, consider a Hensley or ProPride hitch.

Just saw a suv towing a small toy hauler loose control and flipped the whole rig over. Kids in the suv but thankfully no one injured. They had I75 shut down for hours to clean up. I am sure some salesman said yes they could tow that trailer with their suv. He just didn't say they could stop it or handle the sway. Bigger is better for tow vehicles.
