2015 Palomino solaire 147x

Hello,
We are considering purchasing the 2015 Palomino Solaire 147x. We currently have 2015 Honda Pilot and are planning on towing the 147x with it.
Pilot:
The maximum tongue weight is 450lbs and Maximum trailer weight is 4500lbs.
Palomino:
Hitch Dry Weight 315lbs
Dry Axle Weight 2720lbs
Total dry weight 3011lbs
GVWR 3815lbs
Cargo Carrying Capacity 746lbs.

Could someone please offer some advise if we will be OK towing the 147x? OR will we completely kill the Pilot?
We are planning on going back to the dealer on Saturday (2/28/2015). We want to make the most educated decision before we sign the papers.
Dealers want to sell
Help?

We pull our 147x with a Chevy Traverse (5200 lb tow rating) here in Colorado with no issues so far. We go up the mountains frequently and have been to Moab.
Take your time driving, don't overpack and you should be fine.

I own a solaire 147x and I pull with a Jeep Liberty with a 5000lb tow rating and I have no problems. When starting from a dead stop at the bottom of a mountain I'll pull it maybe 50-55mph.....no biggie tho it feels very safe with no sway at all with the weight distribution

We tow our 147x with our 2011 Honda Pilot which has a tow package. We have a sway bar hitch and proportional brake controller. Absolutely no problems with the towing, or stopping, except the gas gauge. Our mileage drops from 18-22 mpg to 7.1-10.1, depending on the speed. Interstate speed just kills our gas mileage (and also eats our tires).
