2016 Ram 1500 report

We made a short 3 day runo Silver City, NM this week with our rig. First long pull with our new Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi. It's a pretty fair grade going up from Lordsburg to Silver but the truck handles it well and stayed at 65mph at around 3200 rpm and 6th gear. Scaled it all out before we left at the Cotton Gin at 11,600 lbs. Axles were all in spec and with the WDH cinched up it rode real well. The lie-o-meter said we got 11mpg total average for the trip. The truck has a little over 1500 miles on it now and I am really liking how it tows and handles.
