With 9k, I think your only option is an older Excursion with a diesel option. Our 2014 Yukon with 6.2L is only rated around 7200.

Google the year and brand, then add towing guide.
IE: 2010 Ford towing guide.
This will take you to a website or downloadable pdf file that will tell you how much a vehicle will tow. When it comes to towing an RV, lots of people are towing much more weight that what the truck is rated for. Makes systems in your truck wear out faster of course. Worse yet, legal issues and denied insurance claims if you are involved in an accident if an investigation happens. Insurance companies try to weasel out of paying claims funds, so they have someone investigate what happened. Guess how that affects your payment funds when you are towing overweight?

See my signature for our unit and rating. It even has a class V hitch receiver. That said, it is not young anymore so I won't pull anything over 7500 over hills. It is a nice vehicle and take 2 kids and three dogs as well a firewood, chairs, a cooler, etc. The problem I have is that I won't be able to upgrade to a 5er until we have enough saved up for a 3/4 ton pickup... and then we have to figure out where the dogs will ride.

at 9k you would need to find an older diesel or V10 gas excursion or or an 8.1 gas 'burb/yukon to get the towing capacity you need.
We towed our old TT with a 3/4 'burb before upgrading to a fifthwheel and different truck.
We sure miss the room and passenger carrying capacity of the 'burb

I used to two 6000 with a Yukon XL and it struggled with just minor grades.
