5er Hitch Pin Question

Just measured my hitch pin and got these dims: 2.813" dia for 0.5625 length at the bottom with a 2.00" dia shank 1.4375" long.

Are all pins similar to mine which is a Reese Revolution Sidewinder on a 2012 Flagstaff 8528RKWS?

I am going to try to make an adaptor to fit a Sherline 2000# tongue gauge to fit a 5er pin.

I just went out and measured mine, and the dimensions line up with yours.

You may have to measure a little more a accurately to get an accurate answer. Lol

Wow!! I'm impressed. You must be the last of a breed that still uses a true vernier and not a dial or digital caliper. Remind me at Goshen to tell you a story about after I found out that my receiving inspectors were accepting and rejecting material using vernier calipers and had no clue how to read them!

I got these measurements on a Mor/ryde rubber pin box using a Mitutoyo digital caliper. My eyes aren't as good as OC's.

2.810 dia for 0.564 lenght at the bottom with a 2.0005" dia shank 1.473" long.

As I suspected, they are probably all the same within the machining tolerances. Just wanted a good idea before making an adaptor to fit mine.
Thanks for the responses. I'll see what I can cobble together.
